In large capital energy projects, design coordinates must transition smoothly between process, piping, civil, structural, electrical, and control engineering teams. To eliminate spatial clashes and minimize field modifications, we build integrated 3D plant and pipeline models, using Autodesk Navisworks Manage to run automated collision detection. Our project managers establish Cost, Time, Resource (CTR) catalogs and Master Document Registers (MDR) that clearly define delivery scopes, inputs, outputs, and ownership boundaries for each work package. Document control is managed via Microsoft SharePoint and dedicated Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), guaranteeing strict version control and secure storage for all project drawings, calculations, and datasheets.
